Sphecapatoclea avdatica, a new species of Sarcophagidae (Diptera) from the Middle East. Misc. Pap. 197: 1-5.

Sphecapatoclea avdatica Verves Yu., Khrokalo et Verves K. sp. n. was described based on a female from Israel, and our knowledge of the other Middle Eastern species, Sphetapatoclea excisa Villeneuve, 1909 is reviewed. An original key for four Middle Eastern species of Sphecapatoclea Villeneuve, 1909 is given. All 16 species from this genus are listed.
